Happy Nuance Friday! With the clocks winding back and the temperature dropping, it’s about time to break out the sweaters and enjoy the fall while it lasts, and what better way to help with that than some great new music? Here are some compelling new projects releasing today.

Mikey Mike – Life On Earth, Vol. 2

The genre-bending, eccentric Mikey Mike releases his sophomore album Life On Earth, Vol. 2. Working with acclaimed-Nashville producer Dave Cobb over 2 weeks in the iconic RCA Studio to produce something truly unique to Mike’s personal and musical journey.

To promote the album, Mikey Mike headed out on foot with his red wagon, his vinyl player, and a big speaker to knock on every single door in Nashville and play his album for people, in person, and inviting anybody who wants to join him on the road like a real-life Forest Gump. So, if you’re in Nashville and hear a knock on your door, you might just be in for a treat.

Moxy The Band – Dream Feeling

Vintage indie pop trio Moxy The Band release their long-awaited debut LP Dream Feeling. The project combines a grand, retro synth-wave soundscape with powerful vocals performances over an emotionally diverse tracklist. Written during the pandemic and a life-altering epilepsy diagnosis, the project represents a survivor’s reflection in the face of a tragedy.

Moko – 48 Part 1

Talented London artist Moko releases new EP 48 Part 1, featuring standout single “Gleem.” Despite being an elusive presence over the last few years, Moko displays a natural talent and ease that drives up each of his releases to millions of plays, and his new EP displays that distinct style for making melodic hits with ease.

Enchanting — “Keep It Playa”

1017’s Rap and R&B princess Enchanting drops the charismatic, soulful single “Keep It Playa” along with a music video.
