MAY-A released her debut EP, Don’t Kiss Ur Friends last year and was described by Billboard as “a master class in indie pop,” proving “to be a landmark debut” that was nominated for the best “Breakthrough Artist - Release” at the ARIA Awards. Known for “her poignant, elliptical storytelling, clear-eyed observational lyricism, and songwriting full of musical left-turns,” the singer/songwriter garnered some major attention for her work with Flume.

“Say Nothing” was the lead single for the electronic producer’s third studio album Palaces, which was released in May. The song also reached “#12 on Billboard’s “Hot Dance/Electronic Songs” chart amidst a storm of high-profile media attention from Billboard, The Line of Best Fit, Complex, Rolling Stone Australia, and Pitchfork.”

MAY-A joined Flume at this year’s Coachella to perform “Say Nothing,” being one of many surprise guests to be brought out during the set, among the likes of Beck, Tove Lo, Vince Staples, and Caroline Polachek. GRAMMY.com “named it among this year’s seven most ‘captivating non-headline sets.’”

MAY-A is currently on tour as a part of Flume’s Palaces North American Tour this summer and will be accompanying him for his Australian tour dates this fall. Purchase tickets here.
